"Clean and stylish site"
The site looks really clean and stylish overall. A few pages felt a little plain to me, but it still makes a good first impresion.

"Clear Promo Info, No Surprises"
I really appreciated that the promo details were clear before I checked out. The discount showed up right away, and there wasn’t any weird hidden fine print to deal with. confusion at checkout is totally avoidable, so it was nice that ordering felt simple and straightforward.

"Pretty cute at first"
I really liked how it looked when I first got it, and the fabric seemed decent enough. I wore it once and thought it was going to be a nice little find. After washing it, though, I noticed the stitching had started coming apart, which was disappointing

"Pretty Easy to Use"
The site was mostly easy to use, honestly. I was able to find my way around without too much trouble, and isn’t that what you want when you’re trying to get something done online? There were maybe a couple of spots that could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall, it was a smooth experience.

I checked out the site while I was drinking my morning coffee, it looked okay at first glance. The layout wasn’t bad or anything, but I couldn’t find much clear info about the company or enough real customer feedback to feel comfortable. I kept clicking around for a few minutes, and something just felt a little off to me. Maybe I’m being cautious, but I didn’t feel fully safe placing an order there, so I decided to skip it.

"Easy return, refund took a bit"
I had to return a shirt, and the process was straightforward. Nothing confusing or overcomplicated, which is really all you want with a return. The refund took a few days to show up, but that seems fairly normal, so I didn’t see it as a big deal.

I ordered a top from liliorigin the first thing I noticed was how soft the fabric is. Like, not that scratchy garbage some shirts have, it actually feels nice enough to wear all day. The only thing is the fit was a little different than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but not a total disaster. Giving it 4 stars because the material is comfy as hell and I’d probably buy from them again...

"Good deal, but the shipping took forever"
The price was good and I do feel like I got decent value for what I paid. But the shipping was slow. Like, really slow. I kept checking for updates and it just felt like it was taking way longer than it should have. The item itself was fine, and again, the value was good, but the wait was definitely annoying. If shipping had been faster, I’d probably be a lot happier with the whole experience.

"Disappointed with the packaging"
The box showed up squashed, and the item inside had barely any padding around it. Thankfully, the product itself seems okay, but the packaging felt really cheap and careless. It’s not what I expected, i think an apology from the seller would be fair...

"Color Was a Bit Different Than Expected"
I ordered this because the photos made it look like a soft beige, but in person it was definitely darker and a little more yellow than I expected. The quality itself was fine, and shipping was normal, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just REALLY wish the pictures showed the color more accurately. Giving it 3 stars.

"Pretty okay overall"
My order was fine overall. The site was easy enough to figure out, but the delivery felt a little slower than I expected. The product itself was decent for the price, nothing that really wowed me, but nothing that made me regret buying it either. My gut says it’s one of those places I’d maybe use again if I needed something, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

"Said it was in stock, but apparently not"
I ordered a couple of things from Lilio Origin because the website clearly showed they were in stock. A few days later, I was told one item wasn’t actually available and the other was delayed. I get that things happen, but it was frustrating because I needed them soon, and the response made me feel kind of brushed off more than helped. The refund did come through, which I appreciate, but I really wish their inventory was kept up to date before letting people place orders.

Am I missing something here? The tracking info never really lined up with my actual delivery. It kept showing updates that didn’t match where the package seemed to be, and then it arrived at a different time than expected. Just made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be.

"Fast shipping, smooth overall"
I ordered from Lilio Origin the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info after about a day, and the package actually showed up earlier than I thought it would. The box was in good shape too, no damage or anything weird. I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it was a solid experience with no real issues
